2.1	User must give their correct information, when registering with ABT Connect. Any incorrect or suspicious information can disable his/her account without any prior notice. ABT Connect may contact with the user, if his/her profile information seems suspicious.
2.2	When using the Service, user must not break any laws, infringe the legal rights of any person or cause harm to the service or its users. For example, he/she must not: defame, harass or abuse anyone or violate his or her privacy; distribute or make available obscene, illegal or confidential material.
2.3	ABT Connect is not liable to you for any injury, loss or damage, which including any indirect or consequential loss or damage that you may suffer using our service.
3.1	ABT Connect does not represent any calling card company in any form or shape.
3.2	ABT Connect will send Pin number/numbers after successfully completion of payment by email and also the pin number will be displayed on the screen unless any server error occurred. ABT Connect will use the email address that customer provided in his/her profile. ABT Connect does not provide prepaid cards physically unless user organise with Abt Connect. User can also view their last three months transaction history at ABT Connect web site.
3.3	Value of the phone cards and other products on ABT Connect web site can be changed at any time without any prior notice.
3.4	Per minute rate or information of any calling card are subject to change without any prior notice. Local access fee will apply, unless specify. If any change made by the particular card company, ABT Connect will do their best to inform all their customers beforehand by posting the changes to the web site. ABT Connect not responsible for bad performance, rates mismatches, balance lost/cuts off or poor service provided by the suppliers or card company.
4.1	If the System failed to send you card number for any reason, ABT Connect will send your number with in 48 hours, and it is user responsibility to notify ABT about this matter by emailing to ABT Connect. In case of faulty cards or any technical problem with PIN, customers are advised to contact to that particular card company (Customer Service Ph. No is available on our website for every card).
4.2	If the user has complains about any of the transaction that has been made, he/she has to notify with in two(2) weeks.
	Product delivery by post or courier:
5.1	If any product need to be delivered by post or by courier we give 5 working days time, but most of the case it delivered by three working days. In case the product is out of stock, we will contact you by mail. Then you will have the choice to cancel, get refund or wait until the product is available.
5.2	The product will be delivered to only user's registered address (not any PO Box address).
