What is the customer service number of PayPal?
For
personal account holders on 02 8223 9500 and for Premier and Business account
holders on 1800 073 263. Hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am -
6:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm AEST.

PayPal is not accepting your payment?
There
are two options at PayPal payment system.
a.
You can save
your details credit card to PayPal with your user name and password. Next time
you need to put your credit card details, just use your email address and
password for that.
b.
Do not save
your details put your credit card detail every time your go for payment.
Note:
PayPal will ask you to save you details to them, please do not do it unless you
want to get verified with then again. Many customers having problem with
verification, so we suggest not to do it. If you have already done it please
read 1.3 below.

Have you forgotten your password for PayPal?
If you
have forgotten your password, you do two followings:
a.
You can call
PayPal’s customer service, their number given above. You will be asked you name,
address and last four digit of your credit card that you have saved to PalPal
during the register with them.
b.
You can reset
your password. You need to go to
www.paypal.com.au.
On the login section there is a link called “Forgotten
your Password?” Please click on there, PayPal will ask you to add
your email address that you have use for login. Once you submit that PayPal will
send you a link on your email adders.
Go to you email account click on that link and it will come
up a new page. There you will have two options
to reset your password.
1.
Enter you last
four digit of your saved credit card.
2.
Answer the two
security question that you have given during the registration with paypal.
Once that is completed PayPal will ask you to put your new
password. If can not remember any of these two you need to call paypal.

Have you saved you credit card details to paypal and paypal asking for
verification?
If you
have saved your credit card to PayPal you can transfer certain limit of amount
from your credit card and after that you need to get verified by PayPal. There
are some processes you can follow. If you log on to
www.paypal.com.au they also have the instruction how to get verified by
them. Please read the followings:
a.
PayPal can send
you a letter with the verification code.
b.
PayPal can do
some small transaction on your credit card or you bank account and you need get
it from your bank or credit card statement and put that correct amount to PayPal
web site and you are done.
c.
Third you can
call PayPal customer service and ask them to remove your credit card details
that you have saved to them and next time when you go to pay, just put your
credit card details, but do not save it again.
We use
PayPal as our payment getway, so we do not have any information of your credit
card. Some web sites take your credit card details
on there web site, in that case they you know your card details and they know
what card you are using, but we do not do that. PayPal is very secure and
your information is very safe with them. They have more then 100 millions users
over the world.
