Great card; great rates. Haven't had any problems. Unless you call during peak times like Christmas, then can be a little difficult to get through.

We use this card all the time but suddenly the access line and the customer service number is continually engaged. Will be looking for another card.

Always find this card has a good connection, good prices too, times like christmas the calls are unable to go through.
