- ABT Connect will recharge the mobile number that is provided by the user. If the provided number is wrong, ABT Connect is not responsible for recharging the wrong number. Once we recharge the mobile, we cannot get a refund from the Mobile Company. That is why we cannot refund our customers.
- ABT Connect can take up to 48 hours to recharge the mobile if any technical problem occurs.
- If the recipients mobile does not get recharged in 3 days, please send us an email immediately. Mobile companies do not keep recharge records for more than few days. If your complains come after 3 days, we will not be able to trace the transaction. ABT Connect does not guarantee a successful investigation if our users complains after 3 days.
