Important -Paypal Problem:
Dear Customers,
If you using bank account through PayPal to pay us, you might experience some problem not receiving the pin numbers.
Note: this is not for the customers who are using credit card. Only some customers who using there saving or other account (bank account) not all.
Reason:
PayPal has done some software upgrade on 30/08/2007 afternoon. There was some bug on that update, where linking between the back and PayPal is not working properly.
Effect:
After that some customers who using there Bank account though PayPal having issue. Payment is not getting cleared from PayPal to us. The status saying “uncleared”, some cases for some customers money already taken off from their bank account. Until the payment status is completed our system will not generate the pin numbers for those transactions.
Solutions:
PayPal is working on it but there is no ETA for it when it will be fix. If you already have paid multiple times do not worry we have the following remedy for you:
1. You can wait till you money gets cleared.
2. We refund you all the transaction, (before system generates the pin numbers), all you need to do is send an email to sales@abtcom.com.au, saying you want the refund for those transactions.
Here the option you have until this issue resolve by PayPal:
Please us direct debit option on our bank account, which will take one to 2 days to appear on our back account. Once there we will give you the credit on you account and you will be able to purchase the cards. On top of it you will save $0.30 on you transaction.

Hi Everyone,
The new rates across the cards will offer users 100mins to landline and 50 mins to mobile on a $10 card. Unfortunately this is the best we can get while keeping decent quality. I hope most people will accept that they got a great bargain in the last few months and that know we will be charging a rate that is closer to what the market charges.
All these changes are due to the Bangladeshi governments’ decision to protect the Bangladesh Telegraph and Telephone Board by terminating non-state owned telecommunications companies licences causing calls into Bangladesh to experience considerable congestion. As a result of the lack of competition stemming from this decision prices charged by wholesale providers have increased substantially. We therefore have no option but to pass these increased costs onto our customers.

Rate Changes In Bangladesh:
Dear Customers,
Due to some unavoidable situations in Bangladesh, rates have been increased by all the card companies dramatically. Buying cost has been increased by 70% to 80%. As per that selling rate also increased by the card company here at Australia and world wide. Also like quality and connectivity has been dropped as well. Hope every one who use the card to call Bangladesh know by the current situations over there. Most of the voice provider has been forced to shutdown their service. Hopefully this will resolve soon.
So please Note: Rates for Bangladesh on our web site is not correct. All the card company has the different rate now and they changing it all most every day.

PayPal Payment Issue:
Dear Customers,
Paypal having issue with the payment system. Some customers asked for enter there emial and user name twice and then it get error massage: ""We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com."
We have contacted to PayPal, they having issue with this and they trying to fix it. Hopefully that will fix soon. But it is not for all customers only some of the customers. If you having this problem, we suggest you to do direct debit on our bank account, or you can contact PayPal on 02 8223 9500 or 1800 073 263. Sorry for any inconvenient.

Server Issue:

We are very sorry that some of the customer did not receive the pin numbers instantly after payment. There was an issue with our server. Now that has been fixed, but you will see it under "My Account".
