How to get started with ABT Connect?

First thing you need do is register with ABT Connect. Then logon to the system and buy the card you want.

What can I do without register or logon to the System?

You can browse the product that you looking for. You can check the information that are available on ABT Connect, like call rates, access numbers, customer service number for that item. You can select your phone card or calling card, and add these on your shopping cart. You also can add and remove items from your shopping cart.

Can I buy any phone card or calling card or mobile recharge card without logon or register?

No, you cannot buy any phone card or calling card or mobile recharge card without logon to the ABT Connect. If you do not register with ABT you can not logon, so to buy a phone card or calling card from ABT Connect you must need to register and create your profile. Once you register, ABT will send you userID and password. Using that userID and password you will be able to logon to the system and then you are ready to buy your phone card.

Why do you need to verify the user?

There are some issue that we need to consider. Please read "Why we verify & How??"

Will I be able to buy card before verify or activate?

You will be able to buy maximum of $5 valued phone card before being verified by us or active your account. After verification you can buy more cards. Please read the "Why we verify & How??" page. If you have any question about it please mail us.

How will I verify?

There are some ways you can be verified. You will receive instant SMS on your mobile once you register. With the verification code you can activate your account. But you only will be able to buy calling cards with SMS verification. If you want to buy mobile recharge we will send you the verification code to your address. In that case you need to select mobile recharge option during the registration.

How long do I need to wait to get my userID and Passsword, and how?

After you successfully register to ABT, it will send you userID and password by email. So the email address you will provide when registering is very important. You will also receive your card's pin number to that email address. About time, it takes same time as you send your normal email to others, which you can say about a few seconds.

What I will do if I foget my userID and password?

There is option on logon page to retrieve your userID and password. You need to type your userID(if known), or email address that you will provide when registering, ABT will send you userID and password to your email address. Or you can send email to sales@abtcom.com.au, including all your details (name, address, home phone, mobile etc.)

Will it work for any email address?

No, it will not work for any email other then one that you will provide when register.

How about if I forget purchased card pin number?

You can see your history of purchased items once you log on to the ABT, and from there you can get all the informaiton you need. Or you can mail to ABT on sales@abtcom.com.au

How will you deliver my card or pin number?

Once you paid for the card, the pin number of that particular card will be displayed on the screen; there is a print option so that you can print your receipt, also at the same time a copy of your receipt will be sent to your email address. You also be able to view your transaction details from "MyAccount". NOTE: we do not send the physical card unless you organize with us about it. We only send pin numbers after your purchase.

Is there any extra charge if I use credit card?

No, there is no extra charge if you are using your credit card. If your total amount of selected phone card is $8.99 then you will be charged only $8.99, no other extra charge for that.

How can I buy phone card or calling card if I do not have credit card?

You still can buy phone card or calling card from our web site if you do not have credit card. Please read Direct Deposit instruction for more information.

How to enquire about phone card or calling card, I mean rates, access numbers etc?

You can search for calling card rate by using search system; also you can find the Calling card that has your city's access number. The search system can be found at home page. For the details of a particular card you need select the phone card that you want buy clicking it and it will show you all the information about that particular item.
