What are the benefits of TradeCenter? Well you can sell your old or new items, that you are not using, and it is free of charge. How to add a product? If you are already an ABT Connect user you just need read and agreed to Terms and Conditions. Once you do that you need to log on "My Shop". You will be able to see there are some options you have at left side. If you want to add your product just click on "Add Item", then enter the detail information of your product. It will added to list for every one to see. If you are not an ABT Connect user, you need to register with us and then you will be able to add your item on ABT TradeCenter How to edit my product? First you need to logon on "My Shop", click on "Update Item", and then select your product ID from drop down list. Once you got your item then just update it. How do I remove my product from the list? Once your item has sold or if you want to remove it from the list just select Remove Item. Then you just need to select your item that you want to remove from active item list, check the item details and just click "Deactivate". That item will not come up on the list. How about if i want to activate it again? It almost same procedure, instead of selecting your active item from Remove item, you select your inactive item that you want to make active, check the details and click activate. How about a particular category is not on the list? If you think that your product category or a sub category is not added yet or your product needs to add a new sub category or a new category, then send us an email we will add that category if necessary. How to change a category or sub category of existing product? Just use "Update Item" option to do that. Bring up your product and select appriopeat category or subcategory for your product. How many pictures can I add for my product? Currently you can only add one image for your product and size of the product will be 200pix x 200pix, any picture bigger then that will not be uploaded. If you have bigger picture please make it smaller using image editor. How to add rentals? If you are ABT Connect user you need to read and agreed to Terms and Conditions for ABT TradeCenter and if you are not you need to register with ABT TradeCenter. Log onto "My Shop" and there are options to add your rentals on the left side. Click on "Add Rentals", enter the related information that is asking you for your rentals once you have done, it will come to list so that every one can see it. How to edit my rental information? Go to My Shop, Click "Update Rentals", then select your property ID and click on "Get Property". Then modify your property details and click update. How to remove my rental advertisement? Go to "My Shop" Click remove rentals and select your propertied and click "Get property". It will bring your property details that you want to remove. Then just click "Inactive" it will remove the item from the list. If you also want temporary hold your advertisement, it does that same. How about if i want to activate that rentals again? From the remove rentals page select your inactive property ID and Click "Get Property", it will bring the details of your property and click on "activate". It will show your item in search list. How long my add will stay here? Currently, you can put add as long as you like. But we suggest you to remove your add after your product is sold or your property is been rented. If you do not do that buyer will find your add and they will contact with you. How buyer will contact me? There will be an option when it displays the item on the list. Buyer will click there and they will be able to send email to you. We do not show seller name and phone number for privacy issue, if you want buyer to call you can add your contact number on Description field when you adding your product or rentals. How buyer will pay me and how will deliver the product to buyer? ABT TradeCenter does not take any responsibility about the payment and delivery of the product. Seller and Buyer will talk to each other and organize the payment and delivery. ABT TradeCenter is just the place where people will the find the product. How will search my product? Select the category for the relevant product and select the subcategory, all the product will be there. Say if you looking for Desktop computer just select computer category and you will see there is a sub category for that called Desktop computer. All types of Desktop computer will be there. How do I contact Seller? If you find a product that you want to purchase, there will be a button Saying "Contact Seller" click there it will open a new window put your name and email address phone number and your message to seller, and click send. It will send email to seller. Seller will contact you about that. If Seller put there contact number with the item description you can call them as well. How I will pay to seller for the product? You and seller will arrange the payment and the delivery of the product. ABT TradeCenter does not take any responsibility about the payment you make and the delivery you receive. How about the Seller is a Fraud? You need to organize with the seller. ABT TradeCenter do not take any responsibility about the seller. We if the seller is verified by ABT Connect you will be see icon saying "verified" next to the product. But still you need to confirm the seller, if he will be delivering the product or not. You can put your feedback about the seller once you have received your product. How do I search for rentals? Select the State, then there will be options to select, just select the rentals type you are looking for click "Search" it will bring all the rentals that are available with the type you selected. How do I contact Advertiser? Once you are in a property add there will be an option to contact the property advertiser.
